Terms for using Keypiece

Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, connecting an integration, or using Keypiece, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You may use Keypiece only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with applicable law. If you use Keypiece for an organization, you represent that you can accept these Terms for it.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for accurate account information, activity under your account, and protecting credentials and access tokens. Workspace owners and administrators control membership, permissions, content, and connected services. Follow your organization's policies and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including boards, cards, Knowledge documents, comments, messages, files, and instructions. You grant Keypiece a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and reproduce that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and authorize others to access it.

AI features, plugins, and MCP connections

AI features and connected agents may read authorized workspace content and generate suggestions, summaries, or actions. You choose the boards and permissions granted through OAuth and can revoke a connection later. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and approving consequential actions before relying on them.

Do not use AI-generated output as a substitute for qualified professional advice. Connected AI clients and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, infringe rights, or upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Do not disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, probe for vulnerabilities, or access data without permission.
• Do not share credentials or tokens outside an authorized workflow or misrepresent an automated action as human.
• Do not use Keypiece to distribute malware, spam, or content that materially harms others.

Third-party services

Integrations may exchange data with services you choose to connect. Keypiece does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, or handling of data. You are responsible for connection settings, scopes, credentials, and compliance with third-party terms.

Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may change or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material breach. You may stop using Keypiece at any time and may request account deletion through support, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Intellectual property and feedback

Keypiece and its software, branding, and service content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Keypiece is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that AI-generated output will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

To the extent permitted by law, Keypiece will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service, by email, or by another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
