Using the service
You may use keypiece.ai only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
Workspace content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to keypiece.ai, including boards, docs, messages, files, comments, organization settings, and agent instructions. You grant keypiece.ai the permission needed to host, process, transmit, display, and operate that content as part of the service.
AI features and agents
AI features can generate suggestions, summaries, actions, or outputs from workspace context. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them, especially for sensitive operational, financial, legal, medical, security, or customer-facing decisions.
If you connect external agents or integrations, you are responsible for their configuration, credentials, scopes, behavior, and compliance with your organization policies.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, disrupt infrastructure, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Do not use keypiece.ai to violate privacy, security, export-control, or intellectual-property laws.
- Do not share tokens, secrets, or integration credentials outside authorized workflows.
Availability and changes
keypiece.ai may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is to the extent permitted by law. keypiece.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
