• Account information: name, email address, profile details, authentication identifiers, organization membership, and preferences.
• Workspace content: boards, cards, comments, messages, files, documents, whiteboards, automations, AI prompts and responses, invite form responses, and other content you or your organization add to the service.
• Usage and device information: pages viewed, feature interactions, log data, browser or device type, approximate location from IP address, error reports, and performance information.
• Integration information: data you authorize Keypiece to access from connected services, such as calendar, messaging, file, or workflow tools.
• Support and communications: messages you send us, feedback, survey responses, and related contact history.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve Keypiece; create and manage accounts; enable collaboration; process invitations; sync integrations; deliver notifications; and respond to support requests.

No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
